Die Brauerei wurde von Braumeister Marius Graff und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Martin Amundsen gegr\u00fcndet. Marius braut Bier, seit er f\u00fcnfzehn Jahre alt ist, und ging direkt nach der weiterf\u00fchrenden Schule dazu \u00fcber, das Graff Brygghus zu starten. Martin ist Diplom-Kaufmann von der Norwegischen Handelshochschule und arbeitete mehrere Jahre in einer Bank, bevor das Graff Brygghus gegr\u00fcndet wurde.<br>Die Idee zu Graff Brygghus, wie es heute besteht, reicht zur\u00fcck in den Herbst 2013, als Marius und Martin begannen, das Konzept f\u00fcr eine Handwerksbrauerei in Troms\u00f8 zu formen. Mit im Team war Martins \u00e4lterer Bruder Peter. Die drei reisten nach Portland in Oregon und bestellten Brauereianlagen und Tanks f\u00fcr die neue Brauerei in Troms\u00f8. Das Bierumfeld und die vielen Brauereien in und um Portland waren auch eine wichtige Inspirationsquelle f\u00fcr das Graff Brygghus.<br>Die Brauerei produziert Bier in einer Vielzahl von Stilen, unter anderem klassische Lagerbiere, hopfenbetonte Biere, Sauerbiere und fassgelagerte Biere.
