Die Messe, die f\u00fcr ihre Vielfalt an Lebensmitteln und Tourismusangeboten bekannt ist, bietet eine einmalige Plattform f\u00fcr 8 junge Talente, die ihr K\u00f6nnen und Wissen pr\u00e4sentieren werden. Dieses Engagement unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Ausbildung in der dynamischen Lebensmittel- und Tourismusbranche Nord-Norwegens.\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Im Januar 2026 findet die j\u00e4hrliche internationale Lebensmittel- und Tourismusmesse Gr\u00fcne Woche (IGW) in Berlin statt. Insgesamt nehmen 34 Unternehmen sowie 4 K\u00f6che und 8 Auszubildende teil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Hauptziel der Teilnahme an der IGW ist die Entwicklung Norwegens als anerkanntes Reiseziel f\u00fcr Lebensmittel und Tourismus mit klarer lokaler und regionaler Identit\u00e4t. Dies bedeutet die St\u00e4rkung des Rufs der norwegischen Landwirtschaft, der norwegischen Lebensmittel und Norwegens als Reiseziel. Dar\u00fcber hinaus soll die Teilnahme die Wirtschaftsentwicklung, Zusammenarbeit, Vernetzung und Innovation \u00fcber regionale und branchenspezifische Grenzen hinweg f\u00f6rdern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dass wir in diesem Jahr einen besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Auszubildende legen, ist kein Zufall. Die Rekrutierung in die Lebensmittelberufe war \u00fcber die Zeit herausfordernd, und die Branche hat einen gro\u00dfen Bedarf an Fachkr\u00e4ften.
