An ATV, a all terrain vehicle, is a fun thing for exploring the barren, treeless landscape around the North Cape. Use it at night to search for the Northern Lights.
From the town of Honningsvåg you drive into the Skipsfjorden area and up the winding road to the “NATO mountain” – a viewpoint affording a fabulous view over Honningsvåg, the Magerøysundet waterway and the surrounding, barren coastline. We stop several times on the way up. Northern Lights nobody can guarantee, but we promise a fun trip in Arctic landscapes.
